Orion Fire is pleased to announce our appointment on the £40m Ordsall Lane development at Salford Quays. We will be working with Legacie Developments Ltd, providing fire engineering support from Stage 3 through to handover and completion. The development comprises two adjacent buildings which house a commercial unit, resident’s gym, entrance lobby and 196 apartments over 5 and 8 floors respectively.
The development, which will be known as “Merchant’s Wharf”, will be Legacie’s first venture in Greater Manchester, where they hope to expand their portfolio in the coming years.
