We are pleased to announce that Orion Fire has been appointed as fire engineer on 2 projects as part of the regeneration of Sale Town Centre.
The first is the refurbishment and uplift of The Square shopping complex and the second a new 2-storey nursery located just off Springfield Road.
The refurbishment of the shopping complex will be focused on the north side of The Square and as part of the works will introduce shared office spaces above the refurbished ground floor units.
The nursery will focus on providing teaching spaces for kids between 0-5 years of age, with external playground at the back and car parking.
These two aspects form part of the larger regeneration plan for Sale, which hopes to revitalise and uplift the town centre by providing new leisure facilities, retail units, residential accommodation and car parking.
We will be providing continuous support to the appointed projects through RIBA Stages 3 to 6, providing advice on key fire safety aspects, fire strategy delivery, detailed design and construction, supporting the project from planning through construction to handover and completion.
